- Disclosure of the Capacity Declaration
BH Airport will release the AIBH capacity
declaration on its website.
- Disclosure of history list (SHL)
BH Airport will determine the historicity of the
movements based on the schedule in the AIBH in the previous
equivalent season. By identifying these movements, the history
details will be made available to all airlines in SHL format.
- Slot History Validation (AHD)
Airlines must validate the SHL, advising BH
Airport of any discrepancies. These discrepancies will be
discussed between BH Airport and the airline, with each time
being dealt with individually.
All airlines should submit their requests
(including agreed historical and new times) for both scheduled
passenger and cargo flights to BH Airport. BH Airport recommends
being informed regarding the status of the history
(history/extension of the offer for the year/change in history,
new flight...) for all flights in an additional field during the
initial submission. Historical flights are those that maintain
the same frequency, arrival/departure times and number of seats.
- Disclosure of Initial Allocation (SAL)
BH Airport must confront all time requests and
identify periods in which such requests exceed declared
capacity. The schedules under these conditions will be allocated
according to priority criteria. All airlines will be informed of
any time changes in their flights.
- International Slot Conference (SC)
During the SC, airlines operating flights at the
Belo Horizonte International Airport may discuss changes at
allocated times, conduct intercompany exchanges and review
previously denied schedules. If BH Airport does not participate
in the SC, all adjustments can be made by message, and the
Airport undertakes to respond to the received messages as soon
as possible, within the limitations of time zone (if any).
- Slot Return Deadline (SRD)
According to the facilitation timetable, at this
stage the airlines must inform BH Airport of the times in which
they will not operate during the season.
- Slot Conference Brazil (SCB)
At SCB, airlines will be able to review requests
for previously denied schedules, exchange schedules between
companies, return and negotiate new schedule allocations.
- Disclosure of the Reference Base (BDR)
The Reference Basis, flight scheduling resulting
from the previous stages, is disclosed to all airlines. This
basis will be a reference for managing the schedules in the
equivalent season the following year.
During the period of validity of the season, the
flights contained in the Reference Basis and any changes to it
will be operated by the airlines and monitored by BH Airport. It
is important to note that after the BDR is released,
modifications will be accepted in the allocated times, as well
as returns and requests for new times. However, these
adjustments will not be incorporated into the Reference Basis,
that is, flights requested post-BDR will not be prioritized.
