The current runway at Belo Horizonte International Airport is 3,000m x 45m holomogated by the National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC).

The airport's next phase of expansion, as provided for in the concession agreement, provides for the second runway of 2,500m x 45m by 2020 or if the airport reaches 198,000 landings and takeoffs per year. In 2018, there were 101,200 movements.

Approximately 40% of world trade in value is already airborne. By 2020, the forecast is 55%.

To meet this exponentially growing demand worldwide, BH Airport has been developing a broad range of planning improvements in your logistics area. Given this scenario, BH Airport Cargo was created.
